How to Bid & Buy
Buying at Musick Auction follows a clear, step‑by‑step process designed to make things straightforward:
CREATE YOUR FREE ACCOUNT
Create a free account on our auction platform. You’ll need to verify your identity with a government ID before placing any bids. Registration only takes a few minutes and unlocks access to all upcoming auctions.
BROWSE & INSPECT ITEMS
Search our auction catalogs by category or date. Each lot includes photos and descriptions so you can evaluate before bidding. We also offer in‑person previews if you want to inspect items firsthand.
PLACE YOUR BIDS ONLINE
Place bids online in real time, or set maximum bids and let the system bid on your behalf up to your chosen limit. You’ll get instant updates if you’re outbid.
PAY & PICKUP YOUR WINNING ITEMS
Winners receive an invoice with payment instructions immediately after the auction closes. We accept multiple secure payment methods. Items can be collected from our Nampa or Meridian locations.

Purchasing Firearms
Musick Auction is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL), which means we handle firearm sales in full compliance with state and federal law.
BACKGROUND CHECKS
All buyers must pass the standard federal background check before taking possession of a firearm.
FFL TRANSFER
Firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. Out of state purchases must be shipped to an FFL in your state.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Firearms and accessories cannot be shipped to certain states. Contact your local FFL dealer to see if shipping is available to your state. Ammunition cannot be shipped.
PAPERWORK
Buyers will need to complete federal forms and present valid identification on pickup.

Shipping & Pickup
After you win, you’ll need to make arrangements to collect your items:
PICKUP WINDOW
All purchases must be picked up within the timeframe stated in the auction terms (typically within 72 hours). Late pickups can incur storage fees.
HOURS & LOCATIONS
Items are available for pickup at our Nampa and Meridian facilities. Bring a valid government ID and your invoice.
SHIPPING
If you’re not local, we work with experienced third‑party shippers. You’ll contract directly with them for delivery services.
RESTRICTED ITEMS
Some items cannot be shipped due to legal or safety limitations. Examples include ammunition and hazardous materials.
